- We think in years and decades. Our decisions are measured by what endures, not by what can be exited.
- Knowledge before capital
- We study a field before we commit to it. Understanding precedes every decision to build, invest or own.
- Company building
- We are prepared to originate and develop businesses and infrastructure ourselves where something distinctive should exist.
- Strategic participation
- Where long-term ownership has strategic value, we consider holding participations rather than passing through them.
- Governance
- We regard governance as a capability in its own right — clear authority, accountability and resilience.
- Concentration
- We work in a limited number of fields, deliberately. Depth is a choice, not a constraint.
- Institutional thinking
- We aim to build structures that function independently of any single transaction or individual.
